    About the artist

    Flora Parrott studied Fine Art at the Michaelis School of Art in Cape Town and The Glasgow School of Art. She then went on to graduate from the Royal College of Art with a Masters in Printmaking in 2009.

    Flora Parrott lives in London. She lectures on the BA and MA Fine Art Courses at Norwich University College of Art, and the MAKE research cluster at UCA.


    Selected shows include:

    Interstice at Testbed1;

    Robin Gibson Gallery in Sydney;

    Trapezius at the Herbert Gallery and Museum in Coventry;

    Dipole, a solo show and residency at the Ryedale Folk Museum;

    Circuit: Five Deductions, a solo show with Tintype Gallery;

    Parrott’s work was selected for The Curator’s Egg at Anthony Reynolds Gallery.

    Recent exhibitions include:

    Swell & Subside with Alan McQuillan at Public House Projects and The Cosmos, Residency show at Wysing Arts Centre. Upcoming projects include ‘Art In Your Park’ Nottingham and a solo show at Phosphorus Gallery, São Paulo, presenting work developed in Brazil as part of her award from the British Council / Arts Council Artists International Development Fund.
