I have been painting for more than 20 years. I have been through various stages, trends and themes, and in this time I have produced many bodies of work. I love experimenting with new styles, exploring the power of colour, lines and materials. I am inspired by beauty, form, colour, space... I am interested in the simplest things or smallest details in life, and the beautiful as well as the ugly features of human beings. These things carry unique meanings, and tell us stories about value and spirit. When we look at these details we can better understand humanity, and contemporary life.
I graduated with an MFA from V.A Surikov Moscow State Academy Art Institute, Russia in 1993. I regularly participate in group exhibitions both nationally and internationally. I have had 3 solo exhibitions, at Zen Collection and Ho Chi Minh City Association of Fine Art, Vietnam. My work is in the collection of the Fine Art Museum of Ho Chi Minh City. I am the lecturer of the Painting Faculty at Ho Chi Minh City Fine Art University. I live and work in Hochiminh city, Vietnam.
