The city of New York during the 80 ?s and 90 ?s was a creative incubator, a city where artist knew and admire each other and where they wanted to stand above the crowd in a period of constant creation in all senses. During these years Street Art, Neo-Pop or the so called “The Pictures Generation” movements flourished.

Those are times of wealth which speed up the modernization that the world cried out. Great political changes that become historical milestones like the Fall of Berlin Wall, the end of some socialist regimes and dictatorships in exchange of neolibertarian
and democratic systems. Extraordinary scientific discoveries in the area of telecommunication are developed. The digital world comes up and due to computers new artistic movements spring up reflecting theses changes in the artists’s works.
