Data entry information
Open House Spain S.L. collects user information in different areas of its web site. This personal information is stored in a file belonging to Open House Spain S.L.
We request personal information on our user and/or institution registration forms. In both cases the user has to provide contact information (such as name, email address etc) and in some cases financial information if they are requesting some kind of paying service. This information is used to guarantee an optimal service for the user in accordance to what they have subscribed to or contracted. Personal information such as name, email address and contact details are never shared with any third party.
Log and Profile files
As is the case with most of our web sites we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, the type of search engine, ISP supplier, entry and exit pages, the type of platform, date/time stamp, number of clicks to analyse tendencies, administering the site, follow user movements and gather a wide range of demographic information for analytical use. IP addresses etc are not connected to the personally identifiable information.
We store the information collected on log files to create a profile for our users. A profile is stored information that we obtain from the preferences selected by our users and as such the information is not related to the user’s personally identifiable information. We do not share our client profiles with any third party.
The data provided is managed by our server and stored and protected in Spain under the Organic Law 15/1999 on 13th December for the Protection of Personal Data (LPD). The user explicitly agrees to transfer their personal data with this particular aim.
The web site contains links to other web sites. Open House Spain SL will not be held responsible for the contents or the privacy practices of the other web sites. We advise our users to read the privacy statements of the other web sites that also request personal information from users. The privacy statement herein applies exclusively to the ArtDiscover.com web site.

When you register to create an account we will create a profile page for you. All the content in this area is strictly private and under no circumstances shared with third parties. Your account profile will include your name, surname, address and any other information necessary. You can see and revise your profile information at any time.
You may decide to use Facebook to connect to ArtDiscover through your Facebook profile. In this way ArtDiscover will have access to all the personal information published on your Facebook profile, depending on your Facebook profile security options. This information may vary. Use your Facebook profile to change it. The connection is created through the Facebook API. It is possible that we may use this information to complete our existing client data base, creating personalized offers for clients that are based on their Facebook profile, or sharing activities on our web site with your Facebook friends when they visit our site.
Notification of personal data changes
If there are changes to a user’s personal information (post code, telephone number, email address or postal address), if a user wishes to stop using our service, or to access, rectify, cancel and dispute the processing of their data they can do so by sending us an email to the following address: email@example.com.
