ArtDiscover collects user information in different areas of its web site. This personal information is stored in a file belonging to the partner company Open House Spain S.L.


We request personal information on our user and/or institution registration forms. In both cases the user has to provide contact information (such as name, email address etc) and in some cases financial information if they are requesting some kind of paying service. Reservations of some accommodations, guided tours, tickets or any other service are made directly on the website of providers, such as,,, etc. and ArtDiscover does not receive any personal data from users for these services.

Transfer of data

Information supplied is managed by our server located in Spain, under the protection of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (LOPD). The user specifically consents to the transfer of his information to third parties or to the contracted services (if necessary) or to realization of commercial communications related to the services provided by ArtDiscover.

We send an evaluation/follow-up email to clients who have booked an apartment after they have left their accommodation. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
