However the web site also contains informative material that depends on third parties and/or institutions external to Open House Spain SL, and we will therefore not be held responsible for the veracity and accuracy of such information. The responsibility and veracity of the content provided to ArtDiscover corresponds to each individual source. Likewise the COMPANY will not be held responsible for the opinions published by USERS through the portal or other participation tools such as Facebook connect.
ArtDiscover will periodically send news bulletins to those USERS who have registered for this service with up-to-date information concerning the world of art. Those users who no longer wish to receive an email and wish to be removed from the distribution list can do so by following the link provided in the news bulletin or contacting us by email (email@example.com).

The non-authorized use of the material and information content on the web site violates the legislation on intellectual and industrial ownership rights and other applicable laws.

In this way ArtDiscover will have access to all the personal information published on your Facebook profile and depending on the security options of your Facebook profile this may vary. To change them use your Facebook profile. The connection will be created by the Facebook API. We may use this information to complete our existing client data base, to create personalized offers for clients based on their Facebook profile, or sharing activities on our web site with your friends when they visit our web site.
The null and void statement of any of the clauses will not affect the validity of the other clauses. The solution of any litigious matters derived from the interpretation and fulfilment of these General Conditions should be submitted to the law courts and tribunals of the City of Barcelona, with the express waiver of the parties of any other jurisdiction.
